Vocalise, the boutique house and disco brand founded by husband-and-wife team Chris and Sophie Walton alongside long-time friend Lee Duffy, is set to deliver an unmissable night of world-class music at Brew City, Lichfield’s newly opened microbrewery and bar, on Saturday 4th October 2025.
Since its launch, Vocalise has become known for curating intimate, high-quality events that combine a discerning music policy with a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
Co-founder Chris Walton has DJ’d across the globe and was a long-standing resident at Birmingham’s legendary superclub brand Miss Moneypenny’s. Sophie, who runs two successful marketing agencies, leads promotion and audience engagement for the brand, while Lee brings decades of experience as an international DJ to the Vocalise line-up.
The Brew City pop-up features an exceptional bill of US and UK talent, including:
- Victor Simonelli (New York’s Finest) – the iconic New York DJ, producer, and remixer.
- Jim ‘Shaft’ Ryan – founder of Miss Moneypenny’s and UK house pioneer.
- Jem & Danny – residents of Birmingham’s influential clubbing institution Wobble.
Speaking about the ethos behind Vocalise, co-founder Chris Walton said:
“Vocalise has always been about creating safe, inclusive club events, where the focus is purely on quality house and disco. Bringing that energy to our hometown of Lichfield feels really special, and Brew City is the perfect space for this one-off pop-up.”
With limited tickets now available and selling fast, this exclusive night promises to be a highlight for Midlands music lovers.
